What we collect

Name, email, and phone number you provide at signup; your dream company/role selections; audio and, for Pro/Premium plans, video recorded during interview sessions; and payment confirmation details from Instamojo (we do not store your card details — Instamojo handles that directly).

How we use it

To run your AI interview sessions, generate your scoreboard and feedback, email you your results, and manage your subscription and interview credits.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run PrepVida: our secure database and authentication provider, our AI interview engine, and Instamojo (payment processing). Each only receives what's needed to perform their function.

Data retention

Interview recordings and scores are retained for as long as your account is active, so you can track progress over time. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, request corrections, or request full deletion by emailing hello@prepvida.in.

Security

Your data is protected using strict database-level access rules, meaning only you can access your own records through our systems. See our Security page for more detail.
