1. Using PrepVida

PrepVida.in ("we", "us") provides AI-conducted mock interview practice. By creating an account, you agree to use the service for personal interview preparation only.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Plans are billed as described on our Pricing page. Payments are processed through Instamojo. Interview credits included in a plan expire at the end of that plan's billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

4. Refunds

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis if a technical failure on our end prevented you from completing a paid interview. Contact us at hello@prepvida.in within 7 days of the issue.

5. Recordings & Content

Interview audio/video recordings created during your sessions are stored to generate your scoreboard and feedback. You may not download, redistribute, or use recordings of the AI interviewer's voice or likeness outside the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All interview questions, scoring rubrics, avatar assets, and platform design are the intellectual property of PrepVida.in Inc. Reverse-engineering, scraping, or reproducing this content without written permission is prohibited.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to attempt to abuse, automate, or defraud the platform, including creating multiple accounts to bypass plan interview limits.

8. Limitation of Liability

PrepVida provides interview practice and feedback for preparation purposes only. We do not guarantee employment outcomes and are not liable for hiring decisions made by any third-party company.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
